1. Context
Archimetis sells to refineries, petrochemical plants, and process manufacturers — buyers who are technical, skeptical, and rightly cautious about anything labeled "AI." We are looking for a Go-to-Market Lead who can speak credibly to plant managers and operations VPs, lead them through a real technical evaluation, and turn pilots into multi-site rollouts.
2. The mission
You own the full sales motion into target accounts: prospecting, discovery, technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, close, and expansion.
- Open doors: Build relationships with operations leadership, plant management, and digital transformation teams at large industrial operators.
- Translate capability into outcomes: Partner with engineering on solution design — you will be the voice of the customer inside the company and the voice of the platform inside the customer.
- Build the motion: Set up the early sales playbook — discovery frameworks, qualification criteria, pilot scoping, pricing structures.
- Shape the strategy: Define which segments and use cases we win in, and feed that back into product priorities.
3. Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling to industrial, energy, or process manufacturing customers.
- Demonstrated ability to close six- and seven-figure deals with long, technical sales cycles.
- Comfort with deeply technical buyers — you can hold a credible conversation about plant operations, even if you are not an engineer.
- Strong written communication and a structured approach to managing complex deals.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (refineries, plants) regularly.

Remote-first with frequent in-person customer time. We trust you to run your territory with minimal oversight, and we expect rigorous written deal updates so the rest of the team can support without being in every call.
5. Who this role is not for
- You are early-career and need formal sales training and structured ramp.
- You prefer transactional, high-velocity SaaS sales.
- You are uncomfortable explaining technical concepts to executives or vice versa.
